Surgical Services

Our veterinarians routinely perform general surgery. For some procedures we utilize a traveling veterinary surgeon who will come to Custer McDermott Animal Hospital to provide an additional level of expertise and the convenience of our facility. For complicated or special surgical procedures we routinely refer our patients to the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center. Through a strong relationship and communication with the boarded surgeons of the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center, we are able to offer you and your pet all available surgical options.
